About Our Practice

Learn what makes us different

We are very mindful that the dynamics of emotion triggered eating issues are rarely resolved solely through diet support alone. Getting to the root of  the reasons people use food to comfort and self-soothe—emotional, psychological, and physical—is an important part of our counseling.

In addition to eating disorders, areas of nutrition specialization include adult and pediatric weight acceptance, planning efficient strategies, pregnancy support, medically-referred nutrition plans (i.e. hypertension, gastroesophageal reflux, cardiovascular, diabetes mellitus, etc.) and sports nutrition.
